River looks to be in full flow from the rain, we're the boats running from Cochem? Did you get the chair lift to the top of this Hill or am I wrong in thinking that's Cochem?

The river was very high, no boats. That is Cochem yes, the photo is taken on Granby's special corner.

No tourist boats running over the weekend although some of the barges were still having a go against the strong current. This pic was taken on the Monday and it looked like the water had dropped a bit by then too. The footpath on the right is no more than a foot or two lower than the main road by the Shell garage.
