Need to cut the intake pipe and throttle housing down to fit, also need to bash some of the bulkhead to stop it rattling.

Also need to knock up a Intercooler to turbo y-piece using a combination of 93-96 and 97-00 Samco parts.

Bend the existing mount brackets to hold it in place.

I also think you need to blank off the dump valve mounting on the new intercooler. I think the 97/98 Intercooler DV elbow fowls on the ISCV (the 98/99 one doesn't as it is flange mount). But I may be getting mixed up with the STi 8 intercooler that fouls the 97/98 ISCV.

Give me a shout if you get stuck.
As Scott said you do have to give the Bulk head a fair old bashing to turn the seam down as it fouls the underside of the intercooler pipework.
I held a folded cloth against the metal work and used a hammer, the paint cracked away in places but i used a touch up pen to prevent rusting. You dont see any of it all the time you keep the TMIC, but if you change to FMIC you will of course see all the bent down seam.
I had a plate made up out of ally and used the existing dump valve mounting bolts to bolt the plate in its place.
If you do a search on scoobynet there are a few full guides.
Word of warning its a furkin tight fit and does take patience to get fitted well.
Oh and dont let it sit against the bulkhead,it drones through the car and drives you nuts.
