Hi folks,

We're pleased to announce that Dave (Ginola) has accepted our request to become part of the moderator team on South East Scoobies

He's been an all round top bloke on the forum for a fair while now, and we'd like to thank him for his contributions - long may it continue.

Cheers fella, great to have you on board and helping out!

Thanks for the positive post

To tackle a couple of the statements....

- There have been 129 new members on SES so far this year.
- 91 members and over 400 guests have visited the forum in the last 24 hours (yes, some of the guests are search engines indexing us, but still...)
- We have 2 admins and 6 moderators. Our mod team do not have the time to be on here all day, we have jobs and lives too.
- No meets, erm..... http://www.southeastscoobies.co.uk/v...splay.php?f=28

No to mention from my experience the large majority of members are all decent and helpful people on this forum which I can't say about various other websites and forums I have frequented.

Keep us the good work mods, and well done Ginola..

Agreed.

This isn't the main forum I frequent, as you can probably tell by the post count, but everyone I've met and corresponded with has been friendly, helpful and, in some cases, very generous.

This is an excellent forum.

All that being said, does seem that the cake factor has played its part here, so maybe the team is corrupt and prone to accepting baked bribes!

Tee hee.

Doesn't sound like there is much point him even trying given your reputation, so I can well believe it!
