Sounds like you have a leak! The main tank to worry about is the expansion tank, hard to say where the leak is as there's so many pipes in that area!

Yes hard to find!! Rad is full to the brim along withe the expasion tank! i carried onto work and as soon as i got there i got a tourch out and couldnt see no water dripping ect there was alot of pressure there so would have thought id see something? looks like im due for some samco pipes along with an ally rad! i had this prob before but was on the passenger side but i think it might have spill out of the overflow,

check the coolant return hose from the turbo. it joins the header tank right by the filler cap. If it is the standard tank, then it's made of some sort of GRP plastic which gets brittle with age and temperature. mine cracked a while ago and cuz of the temerpature of the coolant coming off the turbo.

They switched to the plastic during the blob eyes so ally is std, as Andy said check the turbo return pipe, ally rads are a waste of money really, std is good up to 700 bhp!

Changed clips on top rad for jubilees and she still spitting coolent not sure where from but its definatly rad side drivers! i spotted coolent stains down the timing cover were the top rad hose connects engine side, hose seems to be fine minus the two indents from clips and seems to leak under pressure couldnt see a split in hose so im baffled on this one!!
