Default Bike help!

I'm off to look at a Harley Davidson on Monday for the old man. Has anybody got any tips for what to look for on these? Apart from the usual service history etc.
My Dad has a basic knowledge of motorbikes but has been out of the loop for donkeys years.

Any advise would be very grateful.

Will get a link for it later when I get home from work.

Most Harley owners tend to be pretty anal about cleaning and servicing so most are ok, my brother worked alongside Shaw Harley Davidson for a while and said the stuff that got thrown away because it had discoloured or got scratched was amazing. There are an awful lot of aftermarket parts available, some good and some not so good, think the Screaming Eagle stuff is the Harley equivalent of STI. Don't think people tend to thrash them so just look for a well maintained one.

Harley's are still mechanically very simple so not much to go wrong but they don't like rain so check for rust.
