Cool Lifting a 2013 Legacy

Hi folks. Have just joined so don’t quite know my way around yet so not sure if this is the best place for this question.
I want to give my 2013 Legacy a bit of a lift. Between 30 and 40mm. There are quite a few kits out there plus the possibility of swapping struts for outback replacements.
I notice that some lifting it’s include spacers to lower the rear subframe whilst others do not even though they claim to be a complete kit.
So I wondered is there perhaps a maximum one can lift without needing to move the rear subframe and just bolt in the custom strut top spacers without effecting camber and drive train angles. If so what would that be? I’m hoping 30 or 40 mm would be OK.
Also can anyone recommend a UK based company that can supply a reasonably priced lift kit?
Any other help and tips would be most welcome.
Many thanks and apologies if this is the wrong posting. Perhaps redirect me.
Cheers
Rabusu

H & R do lift springs although I’m not sure if they are for the 2013s (Gen V)
The outbacks on the gen 3 & 4 had lowered sub frames different shocks and springs so personally to not totally mess up steering geometry Id go with a spacered kit.
