Unhappy Sammi is sick

Just been out to start him up and let the engine warm up while I was checking the tyre pressures- - use a 12v compressor.
Once engine was up to temp revs at tick over increased from normal idle of around 1k to just over 2k, not a sticking throttle, any ideas? Fuel injected engine, some one I know suggested vacumn leak but don't know.
Just taken for a run up the road and seems to run OK, just idle speed when engine up to temp is now twice what it should be.
Also got to replace camshaft and crank seals, my oil leak is getting worse, but it does not appear to be getting on the belts.

Have decided will replace all vacumn pipes and replace seals and drive belts.
Will find out in time, to do the seals, engine out and full stripdown, just got the quote for the full engine gasket set £308 + VAT
Just got to either find someone to do it or somewhere I can do it over the winter months, have parts lists, and translated service manual, all with exploded diagrams etc.
