Laggy I pad & phone. Is it due to the snow effect?

Doh, thought we had that sorted. Nick said it was slow on his ipad at first but we tweaked some of the snow settings and it was better.

Maybe the snow will bugger off tomorrow morning then, just off out now so can't sort it at the mo.
