Yep, it was foggy in the morning but cleared over lunch, so by the time of the timed session in the afternoon it was actually quite sunny! I really enjoyed the circuit, the Brembos made a huge difference and I did the target number of laps (13 in 40 mins, so 70 mph average)

This was my fastest lap of the session - lap timer said there was another 2 seconds to find if I put each of my fastest sectors together.

Overall I was left in the dust by a couple of Clio Sport 172s, a hot Mini Cooper and a BMW 2002, but lapped a Ferrari twice - albeit a 212 from 1954. Lots of fun.

There was Forester XT in the session after me having lots of fun too - looks like he had even more body roll than me!

looks like you had a lot of fun on one of the best circuits (despite the new bits) in the world, with one of the best car clubs.

Last time I went on silverstone, I had a Ford orion L reg, tuned to 175bhp.
I remember it well as I went out done a couple of sessions then came back in, entered a concours and came third...Happy days... Looks like you had a wonderful day..

Results are in, I was 15th overall (140ish entries)!

My standing start time was within 0.4s of a Chevron B8 (over 250 metres)
