Exclamation Meet Point for 2012 Ring Trip

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TIME CHANGE

Hi folks.

With just 9 days to go, I thought it would be wise to post the details of the meet point for the 2012 Ring Trip.

The meet point is the Shell Station at Junction 11 on the M20.

SHELL CHANNEL GATEWAY (3008).
M20 JUNCTION 11 SALTWOOD. CT21 4GH
01303262242

The meeting time is 6.15am - 6-45. Ideally because there is a bigger group, we should leave at 6.45am to be safe. Remember, this is your last opportunity to fill up with decent fuel, please make sure you use this chance.

Please make sure that if you are a newbie, come and introduce yourself, so that we can cross you off the list as arrived.

However, we will wait until 7.00 MAXIMUM, but will be pulling out of the car park at that time without fail, please make sure you are there between 6.15 - 6.45 if possible.

Not long now chaps

Really think 7 should be the latest we leave the services, we have a fair few cars to move and it only takes a little delay and we could be cutting it fine, better to be early than late

I agree 100% If everyones there, we should get to the port ASAP. I would like to hope everyone will be there about 6.40 and get filled up and gone.

If someone is running late, we couldn't wait any later than 7.15 though.

Following Granby's post, I think it is wise to move the time slot a bit. Please can you all make sure you make note of this. We will not be in the car park AFTER 7.00am.

I agree with the time change...

We have this every year

Last year we meet at 06.45 and left at 07.00.

It took us 12 minutes from the services to the port.

Dont forget the tunnel run
