Ouch

I guess the P1 will be a better investment? They're already expensive compared to type r's but imagine the value is only going up....

By no means a P1 expert but things to look for:

Original P1 embossed rear spoiler
Unique blue P1 interior
Unique P1 front splitter
Wing badges
Boot badge
Numbered plaque in the car.

Other options that are nice are Alcon brake upgrade and 18" wheels and if you're really lucky the electric Recaros but they're a bit like hens teeth. Believe there was a P1 embossed back box as well, not sure if they were standard or an option.

There was indeed, but they're equally as rare to find as the Recaros!

Indeed if you want an investment it’s the one to go for after the ridiculously expensive 22b

But if you want a car your going to use would get a different one. Not saying it’s a bad car but you don’t want to be driving it around and putting huge mileage on it .
Did see a p1 with 120k on a few weeks ago and still asking 20 k fir it

Thanks for the warm welcome. I think I might go for the Impreza Type R or the newer WRX STI as I want to use the car not keep it as a orinament. The horror stories of engines letting go is a real put off the P1.
