Default Unauthorised Wagon Modifications!

Is this allowed? Your views please!

Even if this turns out to be a "Worzel-mobile", I am not sure we should allow it in the Squadron as sensitive pilots may get upset!

Modifying your Wagon to look like a saloon? The owner must be suffering from 'Saloonatheria'.

'Saloonatheria' is a common aliment suffered by Wagon owners who try to cross to the ‘White’ side of the force, yet are still tempted by the ‘Dark’ side. Other symptoms include stupidly large front bumpers, wheels that change colour from picture to picture and occasionally dressing up as a chicken and making ‘mooooo cluck wibble wibble’ noises.

Wgn Sqn are sad to say that ‘Saloonatheria’ cannot be treated. Once you have it... it’s yours for life.

A Wagon owner during the early phases of treatment for "Saloonatheria"! Not yet dressed as a chicken, but close!

This photo was actually taken by Chris from Surreyscoobies on his way back from Dorset! (His wife was driving in a 1.4 VW Polo Auto!)

Here's the thread...

I used to have the pleasure of getting a regular wave from the owner of the above Wagon. This was way back in 2005 on the A29 between Pulborough and Billingshurst in the evenings. The car was not 'tatty', but IMHO... just had OTT mods. It was also very very noisy.

When my wife saw it she'd always say.... "that thing gives Subaru Wagon owners a bad name". I had to agree.

The 555 code named the Wagon ‘Charlie Romeo * Papa’, but information on its current location is sketchy. It is believed a rouge 555 pilot made it his mission (before disappearing to réchauffeur climates) to hunt it down and destroy it. The mission log is still open.

It was owned by a chap in Cranleigh named Gareth.

He was a member on Surreyscoobies for a short while and made an appearence at Bolney.

I believe the wagon was later written off.

Due to all the negative comments about these quality mods, i have spent most of the day in the freezing cold taking identicle parts off my wagon! They are now waiting to be picked up by the courier.

I know SIR!

But I have to find somewhere to keep it, which is the only sticking point I have at the moment.

I am actively seeking "Secret and Special" Hanger space as we speak. As soon as this is sorted I will thrust myself into the marketplace with much gusto.
