Default Newage intercooler

Spoke to jay today and he has a newage wrx intercooler which is much bigger than my standard classic sti intercooler. Im assuming it wont fit straight onto my original brackets so does anyone know any way around fitting it to mine?

It will but it's quite a bit of work to fit to an early classic.
Requires welding/blanking off the dumpvalve, cutting of the inlet manifold, remodelling of the bulkhead and various different samco/hose adjustments.

It's easier on the later classic like mine (but still not straight forward, see : http://www.southeastscoobies.co.uk/v...hread.php?t=17 i'll redo the piccie links later).
But the earlier ones has less room and also the ISCV gets in the way.
