It's the first time in the last 4 visits I've been there and not been moaned at, or stared at, by some hillbilly.
I parked where everyone else was, their just out of shot The house/shed that was on Grand Designs did have a nice Nardo Grey RS4 out front, so their not all weirdo's. |

Is it just me who gets the impression of it being an RC car in this pic? Needs a large antenna sticking out the back. |

Seems to be a bit of a habit to have a run over to Dungeness during the Christmas period. Thought I'd drag the Scoob out from winter hibernation.

Still looking good and perhaps and age thing, love those alloys and used to love them on a classic, but would the purist in me now would prefer the ST2 alloys on it, but as with all scoobs it's a personal choice. p.s If you ever go to sell it, let us know. Hope you keeping well cheers Rob

Eurocarparts if you're not already registered... they email out weekend offers and they're normally doing 50% off batteries with a code once a month or so.

Agreed, but it doesn't stop halfords trying to mug off the general public into paying £130 for the same thing...

Great pics at Dungeness, Scott!
I have had a Yuasa 3014 65aH for a year now with no problems - much better than the Subaru supplied Panasonic items!! Especially good when your car is used infrequently, as is mine.

I ended up with a Lion because excide were out of stock when I dropped in to eurocarparts. I needed to move the car, so went with what was available and that wasnt silly money. |

Well after checking the radiator during a previou soil change I thought it was due to be replaced.
No sign of leakage but I was getting the occasional sweet smell of something burning off. Another year went by without issues, other then the occasional wiff. So I gave it another check at the next oil change and spotted a subtle drip. It easn't obvious on first inspection, but it appeared 20 mins after switch off. So I finally had to fit a new radiator. Not bad considering car is now nearly 20 years old. Last car I had to change a radiator on was a 1981 Fiesta Supersport, than needed one after 7 years. Fan covers paid a visit to the local power coaters and fan motors got a refresh Air-Con rad also had a freshen up whilst the Rad and Fans were out |
