Probably a very wise choice as that sounds like a terrible combination, if left in the sun those seats would have stripped flesh from any bare skin. I've been contemplating a set of seats from a Passat sport to replace my leather highlines as they're unbearable in the summer. Last edited by 555_Si; 14-03-2017 at 07:55 PM. |

it's amazing how much I can ruin a car in a year, no stuff is half fitted at moment, no mot, and the rear arches need sorting out indeed. so going to abandon taking Scoob. Not sure what is going yet. we have a Plan A,B & C.

The Mercedes has been upgraded a bit again, but hopefully will be taking something else. Though I will be prepping it just in case. but after doing 25k miles a year in it, I don't really want to spend a holiday in it as well.

They have been brilliant as an, A to B tyre, they got me to Germany, five laps on the nurburgring and around 40 laps at Lydden hill, there still going strong with loads of life left. Don't get me wrong, if you want to push the limits I would get r888s but as mine is rear wheel drive I wanted a tyre that would keep on the track. As I found last year the nurburgring has is own weather, the start of your lap could be very try and hot with loads of grip and half way round you've had a rain storm, your then driving like miss daisy, or drifting..... [QUOTE=Seanedg;235155]Could be the weight of the car, supras have fat and heavy arse, one of my favourite cars.
My 200sx weight is just over 1000kg, which could mean the tyre isn't getting to hot. I had some toyo t1rs and I melted them at Lydden, they looked like an f1 tyre after running over all the marbles. Apparently BMWs are too heavy for 888's and they overheat. |

For cheap..NS-2Rs as they now come in 100 compound. More £££ then i'd go Cup 2's or R888R's. |

Yeah might try the NS-2Rs out again, have R888's on at the moment but they are nearly finished

My new wheels didn't arrive in time last year to make switching easy. Torn between R888R and Nankang AR'1's for next set the AR1 are 80 ware rate.

Assetto Corsa, is by far the most accurate and a sim rather than a game/arcade game, you really should be using a wheel though rather than a controller.

Assetto ordered.
Is anyone getting the Liber-t tag ? Hassle-free motorway payment Dear Mr Mcardle, Beat the French motorway toll lane queues with a Liber-t tag. Our exclusive deal with the French motorway operator, Sanef, gives you the chance to buy a Liber-t tag at a special reduced price. Make the tag part of your essential travel kit: It's easy - no loose change or tickets It's quick - no queues, just drive through It's convenient - payment is taken automatically You can even apply for free (saving a further €10), so don't miss out! |

You don't go on any French toll roads so no need, the only bit of tarmac you have to pay to use is the ring itself.

Your only in France for about 20 minutes.
The only thing you need to worry about is alot of 40 tonne trucks, speed cameras and on the way back asylum seekers. |

Maybe its because they can't keep up Scott. Here in France they have a few Subaru's around Paris on the motorway, but for the most part the police use standard Peugeot 205's.
