I'll have a rethink.
I'd meet at the boxhill car park opposite the hotel , only a suggestion.

The cafe one on the roundabout is the one I'm meaning otherwise if not go up the next bit of daul carriage way towards denbies you can park on the left in slip road

Meeting point will be the Ryka's cafe car park off the A24. Just up the road from Denbies

Meet at 0845 for 0900 departure.

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.25...!3m1!1e3?hl=en

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.25...2!8i6656?hl=en

Postcode : RH5 6BY

If coming from the South, come off the A24 at the hotel roundabout as the west entrance to the car park can't be accessed from driving north on the dual carriageway.

Can you post a link to where your suggesting as I can see no layby and no car park off a roundabout.
The only car park I can see near a roundabout is a hotel which is likely to have scamera's
Ta.....

The car park on the roundabout is for the hotel but don't think there's any barriers/cameras. But I'd go with the one a few hundred metres up at Ryka's cafe - come off the A24 at the hotel roundabout then turn left into the cafe car park. Plenty of room in there.

Thanks for coming everyone.
Always great to catch up and have a bit of banter.
Thanks as usual to Wanda for supplying coffee and cake. I'll remember not to snort the icing sugar next time.

Gazebo certainly earned its worth in the rain, even better that Rob has to deal with drying it out this time

But good to catch up with everyone. Very similar sized event to what we used to run at Japbash. We had a good day and Ellie had fun (and loved being a butterfly) despite the funfair areas marked out on the show plan not turning up (put off by the weather I expect, a wet bouncy castle is no fun ).

I guess its the first year they've run this event so i'm sure the organisers will have learnt a lot and will make it better next time

Did anyone do any of the tours round the building/vineyard? We just looked round the shop and had lunch in the cafe....
