Anyone that requires additional tickets i.e for more passengers, can still purchase them direct from beaulieu

https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/simply-japanese-2019

To qualify for the reduced price the additional attendee must be within the Jap Car that's going to be on display.

As Scott says, we have a club stand booked under South East Scoobies for 11 cars. If you get your ticket direct online (we have already made our group purchase) then I expect you should be able to join us.

We'd just need to meet up beforehand as you need a windscreen pass - or I could email a copy for you to print if you think you'll be there before us.

Thanks, will do. Looks like you folks are meeting up in Lyndhurst.

I was planning to stop there on my way through anyway. Not sure where in Lyndhurst you are meeting, however I usually park in the "Village Centre" car park. Quite easy and lots of 'doording' avoidance spaces.

I'll be quite easy to spot as I'm in a WR1 so it's the colour.

You guys will be even easier to spot though ha.

Hi there, I think my earlier post vanished....

I just said cheers will see you there. Looks like you're meeting in Lyndhurst first, that's ok as i was calling in there on my way through. Usually park in the "Village Centre" carpark.

I'll be easy to spot as I have a WR1 so unique colour, you guys will be more easy to spot though ha.

If you're meeting a specific place can you call it out, or I'll have to use my ear radar

All of the tickets are being posted to me, they should be with me tomorrow.

All you need to do is be at the meeting point in Lyndhurst by 9am and we'll hand out the tickets and windscreen passes then

Cheeky one this - and unlikely since you all have tiny boots but would anybody be able to grab a bumper from one of the UKLegacy guys for me as he's at the meet with them?

4 hours to get to Poole yesterday traffic was a nightmare, has been raining for hours in Kent, still haven't cleaned the car yet, struggling for enthusiasm at the moment

See you all tomorrow guys. I've got all the tickets here to hand out, and will be doing this at the Lyndhurst car park at 9am here:

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@50.87...7i16384!8i8192

Please try and be there on time, as we can't hold up the whole group for latecomers. If there's any problems, please call me on 07740.624.678.

Giuseppe - not sure if you ordered a ticket direct but if you haven't and were going to pay on the gate, we now have 1 spare adult ticket available @ £10...

That's the New Forest in summer for ya.
Especially the Lyndhurst approach.

It's normally better to follow HGV route in which is the earlier exit off M27 and enters lyndhurst from east, rather than the north route from north of lyndhurst

We're staying 25 minutes away North of Southampton, traffic was fine, even round Arundel and Chichester, long 50mph stretch on the M27 though.

See you all bright and early tomorrow morning.

Thanks for organising Scott and thanks as always to Dave and Wanda for SES refreshments...

The lemon drizzle cake was superb!

Scorching hot day and I’ve become a “red neck” even tho I creamed up!

Got back eventually Steve thanks - hub nut had come undone and hence causes brake disc to meet brake calliper and causes some damage but at least wheel didn’t come off and I’d just come off motorway to go through Chobham village at the time...

Autofinesse derailing day up next on the 17th August - let’s see how many we can get along to that

Went through a few YouTube videos of the event last night, think I was in the minority by not leaving the venue on the rev limiter, looks like there was one guy nearly made a mess of things with a bit of a tank slapper and read about someone putting a Mazda of some description through a hedge.
