How have YOU been experimenting then? Stickers don't stick well on the front of my underpants, for sure!

May be able to come to this now - will update when I know!

Iron them on keith, but a word of advice. Take your pants off before trying to iron them on.

I find the steaming process to be quite enjoyable, although it can leave a rather unsightly wet patch.

Sorry guys, but I can't make this now.

I am on a test drive at 10.30 on Sunday morning, the only time it can be done unfortunately. The car is a real bargain and I don't want to miss out!

This is the car I am going to test drive

Fully loaded spec and a real bargain.

Thankfully no!

I have been looking for a "company car" (or a car that is going through the books!) and have been looking at new bits and bobs. But with what I am allowing myself I can get something like this and maintain it easily and have a car that I will own, so it all makes perfect sense.

The scooby will become the weekend car, I will actually own it as of April 09, so then I can get to work with a bit of modding

I think you shall certainly look quite a chav with that bling box, Steve. Get some custom jewellery and you are there! Enjoy!

Like the fake quad pipes and M3 badge!! I can see it's a 330i from the shadow cast under the wabble bracket. Dead giveaway!

Laura always fancied a convertable and I always wanted something with a bit of grunt. This should fit the bill nicely.

I know they are a bit chavish (although not as bad as they used to be) but it is such a bargain I couldn't let it slip by. Plus the fact it has decent room in the back (3 belts).

It's a 318i with a 3 way extension welded to the pee shooter exhaust. The badge has been drawn on in crayon by my Grandson.

Sounds exactly like what I am doing. Business has been paying for the scoob and it'll be mine at the end of 09. Once the payments stop, let the modding begin!. I will then be looking for something that i can put through the company. I was thinking about a new GTi tbh. Can lease them for next to nothing now. Even tempted with a cooper s works as they are brilliant to drive.

This thread should be retitled " What I will get as a company car once the scoob is mine and the modding can begin" OR "how to place a spoon on a shelf where there is no connecting door". Come to think of it, I will set one up in general chat.........................

Morning all,

Have put my name down for this on the pre-reg now. So should be coming along.

Are you stopping at all the points you've listed or is it just a wait, listen... then catch up????

I'm 2 mins from Maccys outside LA but can also get to Fontwell very easy... Funny, at Fontwell you can wait on the side of the road next to the petrol station facing up the dual carriageway... almost like a launch pad... or on the bed of a aircraft carrier.... Might have to get a pic!!

Anyway, I may wait at a layby along somewhere and tag on... depends on when we get Lauren into her car seat!!

Rich
