Very nice Scott. Think you have the best of both worlds there.

1st and 2nd gear are pretty pointless now trying to put down 355lb/ft at 2700rpm , even in the dry.
It's all over pretty quick though and a very different driving style is required compared to the Subaru.

Thats certainly a bundle more torque after the map, must seen a very fast road car now. Crazy when 3rd gear upwards the diesel pulls harder than the scoob!

Are 1st and 2nd gear not torque-limited on these then? On the mondeo it seems i get about 50% of peak torque to protect the gearbox, it only opens fully up in 3rd.

2nd certainly has some pull so I don't think that's torque limited.
1st is over too quickly to tell and besides it just flashes the traction control light which crudely cuts drive.

Not a lot, got it how I want it now and it will stop me staring at every other BTCC kitted Leon on the road, and looking on Bartlett's SEAT website.

Done the rear disks/pads today.

Might take the 'L E O N' badge off the back so that it looks cleaner and I can DA/Detail polish the tailgate better.

SOLD

I'm sure the new 'temporary' owner will be along soon in the For Sale Section.
But only after it's 'ticked his box' and run out of fuel.
Being a Diesel it may take a little longer than usual.
