It's when people leave replies like that, that people dont want to help others out.

I'm sure a message saying... "Gary, I need a quote, could you contact me on ......... asap please. Please don't make me call A Plan. Thanks" would work better

I think after more the 5 or 6 phone calls and +10 emails without a reply, I can leave whatever kind of post I like - I don't have to worry if he feels like helping me or not - coz he ain't helping me either way, is he?

I'm sure he is busy. Much busier than anyone else. Me included!
But is it to much to ask for a little existing customer love?
I'm not complaining about the price and product but.... Just a teeny bit of phone love!
I mean cooooome on - I'm lonely and have no one else and I miss him so...
Pleeeeez Gazza, call me, my number's 555.....

Just a bit!!!

Been struggling with a trapped nerve in my shoulder/neck, so am doing everything in slow motion at the moment

Am off to the Chiropractor AGAIN tomorrow to try to get it sorted before the weekend, as i'm supposed to be doing a track day at Brands Hatch.

Might need someone to drive the car for me if it's not better by then!!!!

Me neither. 5 minute call and insurance renewed, and European breakdown sorted for Germany trip.

Cheers Gary

Insuring both of my cars now, not had any problems getting through and good prices, very close to the other quote I got for my focus but went regardless due to the fact i'd rather put both cars through KM due to the service

thanks Gary, i nearly gave up, but glad i didn't.

to others trying to get hold of him, keep trying, it'll probably be worth the effort.
