Looks good, what's with the rear arches are they fibreglass/plastic and a solution for the usual rust issues ?

Just out of interest, how bad are yours and how much is it costing to get it sorted, my passenger side isn't too bad but the drivers side needs doing sooner rather than later.

My passenger was quite bad, visible and bubbly rust. The drivers side had just started to go on the under flat side of the arch. There both being repaired along with some other paint work. Front end blow over, both sides painted because there's no point blending front into rears and vice versa and leaving the middle of both doors untainted. Plus skirts needed a tickle. All for a quote of £1300. It's in the middle of being done but just can't get down there to grab any pics because of working so far away, but I sent my good old dad down to investigate, he said the scoob is totally white and not its RB blue steel grey anymore, both bumpers are off and the rear arches are now as smooth as a baby's arse. Can't wait to get it back.

£1300!!! ouch, think I'd better get saving, I need both rear arches done, one will need cutting out and replacing, I think the other is saveable and the roof will need doing as it is starting to bubble up round the trailing edge of the sunroof, found a place down the road from work who specialises in everything from full restorations to minor accident repairs, will drop down there next time I have the car with me.

Sorry for hijacking your thread about your car Si, should probably move all this to the wheel arch repair thread.

Shane
