Default turbo timer

Hi there i have bought an apexi turbo timer for my 2000(W) classic. It has a plug on it does anyone know if it plugs in anywhere or has it to be hard wired? Yhe instructions only say what the wires do not where to connect them thanks

They do a loom kit for some makes, but cannot find anything Subaru specific.
Those that are listed are now discontinued.

Seems fairly straight forward.
