Pill in boost pipe question from turbo
Sorry do not know it's proper name My friend has just got his 97 Impreza back from Headgaskets and turbo change and when i had a look they have changed the pipes off the turbo for silicon but it looks like there is no pill in the pipe will this cause problems as he has just spent loads on the work and does not want it going bang again.Second if it needs one fitting were do we get one.

Yes it will need one, it will only be running about 0.6bar without one, so no chance of going bang.
Come and see me, I have some in various sizes. Did Vince do it...if so give him a slap..... |

Thanks mate will have a chat with him tomorrow it's a standard turbo so should be standard size pill ??? it's got a td-04.
