Default Essex Scooby Crew's Day Trip to Brighton - Sunday 29th May 2011
ESC have invited SES to another one of their day trips to Brighton on Sunday 29th May. I know this is the same weekend as the SES Ring trip but i'm sure there's people on here who would fancy the day out.

The days events will run roughly as follows:

- ESC depart from their meeting point at Lakeside, 10am.
- ESC stop at Pease Pottage services at 11am to meet up with any SES members who fancy joining them.
- Convoy down the A23 then taking the scenic route via Devils Dyke into Brighton.
- Spend the day on the beach/pier or shopping as you like!

Went on this a couple of years ago, great turnout and a good day out in Brighton generally wandering around and eating ice cream on the pier! The scoobs also made a great noise in Churchill 2 car park

When i went on this last time it was a great day out - even though i only live 10 minutes up the road from Brighton. But it was good to spend some time chilling and not rushing around doing shopping or the norm.

they are leaving lake side at 10am ,ive never been lake side will they be easy to find ,and i am gusting they mean lake side shopping carpark????

I would guess they are meeting at the Lakeside motorway services, rather than the shopping centre car park....
