Looks like CJ is 16 mph over.

still they might not proceed they now have 2 weeks to notify you.

You can also get 2 lane motorways .

The M2 actually goes from a 2 lane motorway to a 3 lane dual carriageway.

It was the letter to confirm who was driving before they then send the 3 points or driver awareness

A bit harsh considering it was a 3-lane A-road. There can't be many of those in the UK.

How often do you (general term) drive on a dual/3 lane highway then 2 miles down the road realise you were on/off the M or A road.
I've got know idea where the A23 becomes the M23, somewhere round Pease pottage I would guess, 2 to 3-lanes change would be a give-away, but not by the sounds of it on this road.

At the start of a MOTORWAY there is big BLUE sign that says M23

At the end of a MOTORWAY is big BLUE again and says END of MOTORWAY

Then a GREEN sign that says Dual Cariage Way.

Its is harsh though .
