Default Bottom end options

Guys,
Just wanted some opinions/options
My ver 5 sti is now covered up for the winter and seems a perfect time to get the bottom end knock sorted.
Seen several options about and considering im going for a stnd rebuild rather than uprated this add seems quite ideal,
Rang the guy and spoke to him and seems genuine but wanted opinions of people on here as experiance seems high amoungst you fruitloops.

Is it a nightmare job to remove and refit the lump or is it a case of unbolt, remove, rebolt and slot in? I'm no mechanic but have several people around me that know there things.
What you recon?
Cheers Nick

Noooooo DO NOT use them, they are not refurbed lumps, had a lot of customers get them & they are rubbish.

If you want a rebuild then pop me a PM.
