Be careful fitting that and get it checked on the road or rollers.
The WRX runs v.rich, so leaning it out a touch will help (the SAFC basically adjusts the MAF scaling), but you need to watch out for detonation. |

I wouldn;t fit one to my lawn mower and I really don't care about my old champion mower one bit.
you are altering the maf voltage the ecu sees and therefore the load.. it will therefore run more ignition advance (be in the wrong area for ignition correction.. ie. less correction available) and run leaner.. for the price of the unit and an RR session to check (which is unlikely to involve checking for det) you could have had it mapped including dyno time and a nice print out and safe usable power.
