Default Caliper repair kits?

Righto, so I've got my Brembo 4 pots for the front and I'm in the process of stripping them down to service them but I'm at a complete loss when it comes to sourcing new seals/pistons.

I have no idea what model brake caliper they are and even if I did all I seem to be getting when I google is kits for motorcycles.....arghh

Any help would be appreciated
