Default Heat pad failure grounds Squadron!!!!!

The 555 Wagon Squadron Press Office regret to announce that , due to the underground heating failing on the East Sussex base's Operational Readiness Platform, all duties are suspended.

The last Wagon into base touched down yesterday, with Pt Officer Ami "Rockbun" Rudrum at the wheel. You can see her heading for a heating pad.

In spite of efforts by the Tactical Mayhem Team ground staff, Squadron officials have called a halt to routine operations. You can see the pad is no longer working properly round the wheels!!!!

The Heat pads in full operation prior to going out of service.

The Press Office have asked that concerned members of the public refrain from blocking the VHF and UHF airwaves. Updates on operational status will be provided through the Press Office at regular intervals.

Sir Compostable Punnet, Overall Commander of Everything, was quoted last night as saying: "Pass another chocolate eclair Chaps! I'm famished!"
