Removed the turbo today was expecting to see a vf23 fitted but instead it has a vf28 fitted seems to be in working condition.

Spent a few hours on the classic over the last 2 days removing more engine bay parts . Few parts will need replaced so far ive manage to snap one bolt on the engine block lol .

Yesterday I decided to dump the old oil out the engine not your normal colour of oil lol .

Finally the classic has been booked into the bodyshop at the end of November to get all the welding done .

Started stripping the front just need to remove the bumper bar but the screw bolt ain't moving so will need to address that hopefully over the weekend . Some very light surface rust on the bumper bar but that will get sorted .

Gave some parts to a mate that does powder coating and they have just came back from the blasters ready to be powder coated looking clean . He also has some bits that are getting vapour blasted so looking forward to seeing them .

Some classic parts getting vapour blasted looking all fresh still as you can see the before and after pics still got a long way to go but Rome wasn't built in a day .
