spark plugs
Im going to be replacing my plugs as not sure when they were changed last.
which would be my better option? Im not running completely standard. Just a decat 3inch pipe and an after market air filter Also is it worth changing the leads too..... and where to get them

NGK PFR7b should be your preferred plug if "a little more than standard" over 450bhp I would start thinking about racing 8's
Depends on the condition of the leads in my opinion if they look decent I wouldnt change them out.

If I use NGK iridium, the separation between electrode and earth, must the original one that the 1.1 mm spark plug has? or should it be reduced as specified in the 0.7 mm manual? for models with turbo
