aside from the rest not really sure how or when an MOT guy would check engine oil??

it would have a fCucked engine in that case...........

its a pressure light nothing to do with level.........

Could of had aftermarket gauges and not bothered to relocate the oem oil pressure wire/setup. Causing light to stay on.
