Default V5-6 ecu ecutek check?

I have a v5-6 classic ecu I bought years ago for a classic that was apparently mapped from a p1 via ecutek. I swapped cam an crank wires an it fired straight up. I never did any further testing as the car was rot. Is there anyway of finding out if it has ecutek or not as want to get rid of it an unsure wether to sell it or bin it.
It’s no use to me an I currently have a v4

Is there not a code on the board if you open the ecu up.
I had one for a while and cannot remember where it was stamped

I didn’t think the earlier ECU could be mapped via ECU-tek
