Default blower motor stopped working

Im having a weird problem with my bugeye, i recently changed engine, and fitted the gauge cluster(where the clock goes) and since then the blower motor hasnt worked, i did cock up when cutting the clock plug off to wire it(forgot to disconnect the battery and tried to cut all 4 at once) and blew a couple fuses which have now been replaced but blower still aint turning on, also if i press the rear window heater i can hear a relay click.
Any thoughts please guys?

forgot to add that the light on the window heater flashes like an alarm light
