Very true mate. 2 map sessions and an oil service to go before I can even contemplate unleashing the beast.

Even so, the 20 odd mile drive back at under 3000 revs, off boost, no labouring, was an absolute joy, it feels so good to be back behind the wheel again. Still grinning like the proverbial.

Any news yourself???

be even better once its finished mate, i can understand the drive home, when i had the rex mapped i had to try to keep it off boost down the motorways, basically it was running lean so it would of gone pop, once it was mapped though it was a wicked drive back untill the hour long que of traffic

nice one bet your well happy to be get it back. now you can see where all the money's gone! I think with an engine build you set a budget and then double it and keep spending!!
How long will it take you to run it in then??

Or you double it twice!

Fook it's been an expensive year. Up to 12k spend this year.

I will have it run in and 2nd mapped ASAP. Miles wise, it will be ready by middle October, just depends on JGM and his schedule now.
