Squeaky Suspension
Getting a bit of an odd rubbery squeaking noise from the front end going over bumps which seems to disappear after driving for about 10mins.
Worse on slightly damp/cold days. I've had the car up on axle stands but can't see any dry/perished bushes.. I have also tried lubricating the top mounts but to no avail. Anyone had a similar issue? Thanks! |

Arb mounts perhaps?

For anyone who's interested/finds this thread, I've done a bit of research and it seems like the Lower Arm Bushes are prone to drying out. This can normally be fixed with a healthy amount of Marine Grease.
There's also been a service bulletin issued across the pond for coil springs rubbing against the spring seat and making a squeaking noise: http://www.scoobymods.com/showthread...26.html?t=5826 I'll get my grease gun out and let you know how I get on! |
