Default Light Scratches

I have some very light scratches on the centre dash which is a sort of dark silver colour. Is there anything I can use to get the scratches out or is it a case of repainting?

Thanks

Difficult to say without seeing it but would probably be easier to find a second hand one and swap it out, is any other part of the dashboard the same colour as it could be difficult to match if you paint it.

Yeah that looks similar though not exactly the same. Don't know if the jdm ones are different to uk? Might be hard to find a jdm Hawkeye in a breakers?

Did think about spraying that centre bit a different colour but not sure what yet.

Would be easy enough to polish out if you know how to use wet and dry paper. A simple respray and you're winning! Wouldn't cost much to do.
