Only just seen this and Scott is the person who has been liaising with Prodrive on this one... I guess you may have already made a choice by now but personally I can't see it being a problem. Its not like Prodrive are going to charge another £20 for a 6 month old to come in!

No sign of you Jodie so we're heading off. Meet you at Prodrive if you're running late.

Great day out, again thanks to Scott for sorting it

Jackie really does live and breathe Prodrive doesn't she, great enthusiasm and very interesting talk. The level of detail in some things is amazing, I expected the attention to detail in the engine side of the business (like those machines measuring the tolerances in the cylinder heads) but the extreme weigh saving on the chassis side was very impressive.

Indeed - 7kg saved in excess glue alone! Amazing!

The whole thing was brilliant as ever, loved the look on the face of those people that picked up the carbon fibre prop shaft, still can't believe they don't just shatter the first time power is applied.

Jackie's amazing.

I first met her at a Surrey Scoobies meet. She saw us all parked up and told her husband to pull over.

When I organised a meet at the old place for Foresters and Legacies, she was great to deal with and led the tour. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is second to none. I really enjoy chatting with her. Proper petrol head!

Thanks for all the comments guy's and really glad you enjoyed the day and thought it was worth the drive (300 miles door-2-door for us).

It's the 3rd tour I've arranged with Jackie over probably 14 years with 2 trips for the works social club previously.
It was great to go up with the scoobies rather than a minibus this time.

I can't believe it's been 10 years since I was last there, on the Mcrae run. "Jackie Prodrive's" passion is well and truly there still and boy does she love Colins 95 car taking pride of place.

.......time to crack on with Blancpain tickets ordering now..........

Olly is pulling together a video but he was also a Booklands Sunday and had a GCSE art exam this week so he will put it out later this week.
