I'm assuming the RS15 really aren't suitable for road use?

they can be used but would require very good tyres due to the high friction level on offer

Don't the E1406 rs15 fit my 200sx
I have skyline r33 gtst alloy calipers (SUMITOMO 4 pots) and 2pot rears.

yes various Nissans, Toyota, Mitsubishi, etc. all use the similar 4pot caliper
