Excellent!

I was given the Top Gear "Drives of a Lifetime" book. Certainly makes you hanker after a road trip or two!

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday... we're about to head off for a walk. Got cabin fever!

New tools utilised stripping down the Tumble drier that died yesterday morning, now condemned and new one purchased. Other than I'm playing nurse to wife and son who have picked up a stomach bug, don't you just love Christmas.

Now where has my technical Lego gone, need to relax for an hour or two.

I went for a Nilfisk after my Karcher died, I enquired about spares at a place in Crawley that sell both Nilfisk and Karcher and was advised that when it comes to compact domestic pressure washers the Nilfisk are a better but Karcher industrial stuff is really good.
I ended up with the Titan despite ordering the cheaper model, but still got all the accessories like patio cleaner and rotary brush, never used them though. Not sure if the Outlet sell from a shop but they're based in Salfords in Surrey next to Vines BMW on the A23.

Well this kept me busy for a fair few hours yesterday.

Moving V8 engine etc. Looked at the Porsche GT3 in the Lego Shop in Leicester Square the other day, would love to build it but £300 for Lego is a bit steep.

Appears you can't use Flickr to host photos, will try and find something else now Photobucket is unusable.

got this one on boxing day at halfords

http://www.halfords.com/motoring/car...ressure-washer

has the foam lance attachment on the end and worked perfectly plus they had it labelled up for £65 in store so got it even cheaper, and a lot cheaper than the k4 may not be as good but still does the job

Pressure washer sorted... was looking at the Karcher K4 then discovered B&Q had it on sale today (ending tonight) from £230 down to £180. And as the local B&Q is less than a mile away and had it in stock.....

Its a bit more expensive than the compact version but comes with home kit (the big whirly cleaning thing) for doing the patio/drive blockwork etc. and takes bottles of cleaner onboard rather than drawing detergent through a hose (the last K2 i used with this I ended up knocking the bottle over and spilled half of it as I dragged the unit around )

http://www.diy.com/departments/karch...1254861_BQ.prd

Just a snowfoam lance and bottle of foam to order now.

Doesn't seem to be available in the flikr app or on the mobile site. The Photobucket App hasn't worked since an update in October (pages of complaints in the review section so not just me) and the mobile page throws a full screen pop up that locks your phone telling you you have a virus every time you go onto it. The Flickr app gives you a URL to share but it doesn't work in BB. At the moment it means firing up the laptop every time I want to post photos, not the end of the world but inconvenient.

Latest Android version of Photobucket has done away with the links, only options available now under "Share" are the usual email, text, messenger etc.

My sister had her friend paint me an oil painting of my "modded" car history...

She's even going to change the number plate for me
