Default Any heating engineers on here?

Moved to a bungalow about 3 months ago and having hot/cold problems with the hot water and shower. Radiators work perfectly with no cold areas they have been bled. Viessmann 30 kW combi boiler approximately 12 metres away from taps/shower situated in the loft. Would a faulty diverter valve cause these issues? Or if the valve was faulty would it effect the radiators as well? If the heat exchanger was air locked or blocked would this effect both hot water and radiators. Thanks in advance for any replies.

1 yes but other things could
2 no
3 no as the rads work

As said you need to get some one out as it's not going to be a straight answer of yes or no .

Your biggest issue is Viessmann are crap but that's not probably going to be the answer you're wanting!

Now days 10 years is deemed to be the lower end of a boilers life expectancy 15 years the higher end.

We have a Valiant ecotec plus here, works great. Believe it has a stainless steel heat exchange.
