Default Mighty Car Mods V8 Turbo 4wd Nissan

Anyone else been watching this on YouTube? It's a Nissan Stagea which is basically an R34 estate which they've grafted a V8 Nissan engine into and then bolted a dirty great Turbo on it, a lot of nice fabrication resulting in a car with a V8 burble that then goes Woosh Ch Ch Ch Ch

And Marty's new car is being unveiled soon in the next proper MCM episode! I watched the Car Throttle MX5 build so far the other night too.

I'm a big Mighty Car Mods fan, search for them on YouTube and there is loads of car related stuff on their channel. They are a couple of Australian guys who buy, mod and have a laugh with all sorts of stuff. Sometimes they do massive builds like a forged 2.5 Sti lump with huge Garrett turbo in the back of an old beetle!

So long as you can take their humour and Australian twang it's easy watching.

The Tribeca engine into the legacy with added turbo was good as was the recent Supercharged classic mini. From what I can make out they started out as a couple of guys on YouTube doing bits to their cars, then they did some stuff testing and dismissing all those dodgy mods you get on ebay. They've picked up sponsorship from the likes of Castrol, Bridgestone and an Australian insurance company and also have ties with Haltech ECUs. From what I can make out they still have day jobs. Worth a watch if you get a chance.

And it helps that people like me keep buying MCM t-shirts and key rings!

There's a chap in the Midlands who is building a SF Forester tow truck/pickup.

It's a pretty impressive effort.
