Default 17mm brake bolts

I have a problem with a rusted on 17mm bolts. I was trying to change brake pads and discs but I cant get the bolt off, and the heads is pretty messed up now, I have tried getting different sizes on it ect but just wont budge. Is there any tips on removing this bolt or is it just a case of cutting and drilling them out. Thanks for any advice

Never had a problem myself with these. It's possible to change the pads without removing the calipers on the 4 pots if you don't want to change the discs. Just remove the retaining spring and tap the pins out, pads should just lift out if you can push the pistons back a bit.

Have you tried popping down to see Jon at Senlac garage, he may be able to help and he's only at the other end of the high street.
