Did this too on Saturday, the previous oil lasted 2 weeks

I had no issue meeting the driver on Sat btw Alyn, top service from APC despite the truck problem.

I need to change mine soon - Thinking maybe trying the royal purple - the cars not getting pushed much so not sure how 'good' an oil to put in. But The Millers Nanotech has done a year and a half now I think (around 3000 miles!)

I spoke to Alyn regarding oils, as I have always had Nanotech (last changed 2wks ago). He suggested either the Motul 300v Chrono or Royal Purple. Both are obviously more expensive than the nanotech, but I went with the Motul based on Dave's recommendations

IMO oil should be changed at least annually / 5000miles and more often depending on the mileage or use undertaken, i would certainly not be leaving for 18months regardless of how few miles unless stored

the Millers CFS and CFS NT are very good quality oils at their price points (and certainly better than some) but if you want the "best" then the Royal Purple & Motul 300V are top of the tree bar none

never tested the HKS range but ultimately these are better than anything else we have used "real world" and in fairly extreme conditions

Cheers Alyn - oil ordered and some good advice/information on the brakes. I've gone with Millers Nano tech again as I'm not likely to push the car on this oil.
