Default Cross member

T shape rear cross member is it meant to move as i can push mine using my hand does that mean the original bushes are past there sell by date as ive got a feeling that might be causing the seriously annoying knocking noise .

Cheers Alyn took it to my local subaru specialist nope im wrong not that its the fecking droplinks so need to tighten them until i replace them with whiteline ones lol .
