Default What panel filter?

As title says really, will be upgrading air filter before remap in summer! Just wandered what's everybody's personal choice?

I've been leaning towards the cosworth panel filter myself, but so many out to choose from!

I've got the Green cotton, K&N are supposed to be good but watch the amount of oil on them. The only issue I've ever heard with the Cosworth filters is that they are a service item like the OEM paper filter.

I do have a Cosworth filter that did no more than a thousand miles before I went front mount.

IIRC Harvey Smith done some tests on panel filters and came up with the K&N being his recommendation, although the STI panel filter had the best filtration of any of them?

Believe the BHP difference with just a change was nominal anyway 1-2 BHP.....

K&N no issue (Green are very similar as its old K&N staff)

the only oil issues you get are from the foam type filters or if you over oil a cotton one at some point
