Recently (like a couple of days ago), some threads relating to Squadron matters were incorrectly posted in "General Chat" on the SES forum. An apology has been posted by the Squadron Press Office in the "News and Announcements" section. Due to the severity of the situation (CODE RED) you should all make yourselves familiar with this!
With all of this in mind, the Top Brass have moved swiftly! Procedures have been strengthened, and a new chap (with previous experience of we know not what) has been drafted in to deal with "that sort of thing". He has wide-ranging powers, and is answerable only to the Squadron Leader.
His Sqn name, we understand, is "Johnny Bonkers"....
Here he is - in charge of missiles and stuff. He is also Ground To Air Liaison. Note the cool Health & Safety arrangements.
As part of his evaluation of Squadron techniques, procedures, and stuff; he will be using the TLAR system (That Looks About Right)
I am sure you will all offer him a jolly hurrah and a crisp handshake. I believe his party trick is to squash a cream bun with his bare cheeks! He is also a keen canoe paddler!
