Having trouble locating obd2 / ssm port, Impreza '97, non-turbo UK

Dash has been changed to flocked in the past, but today I needed to plug in to the 'obd' shaped port... Can't find the sodding thing??

Have in the past used the green and black diagnosis connectors under dash to see fault codes via dash led, this found image seems to show those hanging off the same branch?

Can anyone confirm?

Any clues as to how I can locate the sod, most welcome...
