Default Wings and Wheels pics

I wasn't in full on photography mode, but couldn't resist a few snaps of some 'wings'.

My skills are pretty limited, so please forgive that of me. Hopefully they're worth sharing nonetheless!

Banners those photos are great. Did you shoot in RAW per chance?

I'm not 100% certain, as something odd happened with my settings, but I've not had chance to properly look into it yet.

Yes, there was a solo display, then the second Typhoon and Spitfire did an incredible joint display. They were so tight into each other at times it was massively skilled flying. Genuinely awe inspiring.

Awesome photos mate. Couldn't make it to Wings & Wheels so probably missed my chance to see the Vulcan again. Went to see it at Shoreham last weekend but we all know what happened with that

Typhoon and Spitfire together is very cool too

We got very lucky as on Saturday morning the weather forecast suggested that Sunday could be a better bet, due to rain on Saturday afternoon, so we toyed with changing plans.

However, that proved not to be the case and the Vulcan didn't appear on Sunday because it encountered bad weather. Glad we stuck to our guns.

Given that the Stiglet was exhausted by about three o'clock (he fell asleep as the Vulcan arrived!) we left as soon as the rain started to fall, so missed some of the displays, but you'll hear no complaints from me as we saw the things we really wanted to see.

No disrespect to the Red Arrows, but I've seen them loads of times and I'm sure I will again.

Nice shots Banners! Really like that classic livery on the Typhoon, if not a little out of place!
