Dave, any old clap trap I came out with when I bought it about leaving this one along, forget!. I had fully intended to leave it standard but when sam pm'd about these bits the lure of 300+ was too great

So, in my quest to make the car look more original, on went the badges. I know this is probably the opposite of what most do, but I kinda like it again.

From this

To this

BIG thanks to stevePPP and Tim (hongkongfooi) for finding their old badges and between them came up with the subaru lettering and WRX badges. Ordered the STI and Type UK from scoobyparts.

Thought I'd add a pic of the side after the dents removed. This side was pretty wobbly so well pleased.

Cheers chaps. Fortunately a very faint outline was still visible on the boot so it was just a case of following those. Unfortunately if I am being REALLY fussy Subaru didn't get them straight in the first place! But it's minuscule so not noticeable to the untrained eye!

Changed the plates over today. Feels like mine again now!!

Also spent some time with some heavyish compound and then touch in paint on the front bumper/valence. Starting to get there now. Replacement oem door stickers on too. Now just need a weekend to detail it properly and laquer the wheels.

Zunsport grill arrived today so fitted it in the garage after work. Really easy and good fit. Used the promotional code on scoobynet so got 25% discount making it £63 delivered!

Really finishes the front off nicely

And one with the hid side lights.

LOL, cheers scotty. Cosmetically now pretty much as I want it, just needs a detail etc. Next up will be to fit the sports cat and decat centre section, then a remap and hoping to be around 320/330. Trouble is, you know what its like, it'll never be finished as there is always something!

That would be great thanks! I am considering strapping on a pair and attempting to 'de-tango' my headlights, a HID conversion would be great at the same time as doing this and changing the indicator bulbs.
